Cezanne Allen and Susan Sweetwater will lead mindfulness-based stress reduction sessions at 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Sept. 27 through Nov. 15, at Dayaalu Center.
The mindfulness-based approach uses meditation, reflective inquiry, mindful yoga and movement as a means to cultivate your natural capacity for mindfulness. Through your own experience, you learn how to take better care of yourself by understanding the interplay of body and mind. Find greater balance, ease and peace of mind as you learn how to relate differently to life stressors.
The cost includes eight sessions and a full-day retreat; register in advance.
