‘I.O.U.S.A’.: Since its premiere at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival, I.O.U.S.A has garnered rave reviews from critics and rich debate from pundits. Memorial Wall Groundbreaking: Construction groundbreaking ceremony for the Bainbridge Island Japanese American Memorial “Story Wall” to be held at 11 a.m. March 30, the 67th anniversary of the first exclusion of Japanese Americans in World War II. Groundbreaking takes place at the Memorial site, south side of Eagle Harbor, intersection of Eagle Harbor Drive and Taylor Avenue.
