The teachers and staff at Woodward Middle School will host an open house from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18 at the school.

Parents who are new to the school district are invited to come early to meet with representatives of the Woodward PTO and other newcomers to Bainbridge Island. There will be light snacks and beverages.

The open house will start with a short presentation in the gym.

Afterward, parents can follow their student’s schedule and visit their classrooms. Students have been provided a copy of their schedule and a map. Students and staff will also be in the hallways to help guide visitors to classrooms.

Parking will be at a premium, so visitors can park in the school’s north and south lots or at Sonoji Sakai Intermediate.
