Art Walk gains momemtum with more venues, music

Through her series of abstract paintings and mixed media pieces Beverly Gimlin explores her father’s experience as a soldier during WW II in “Mapping the Silence.” The heavily painted and highly symbolic pieces depict landscapes in North Africa where Gimlin begins her historical trek as a member of Company M.
