Bainbridge Arts & Crafts presents “The Moon and the Stars,” “Rain or Shine” and the paintings by George W. Dennis through March 2 at the Winslow gallery.

Artists aim high with work in all mediums inspired by astronomy, celestial navigation, lunar cycles, and the night sky. Artists include Barbara Helen Berger, Morgan Brig, Linda Costello, Diane Culhane, Jeannie Grisham, Chuck Gumpert, Denise Harris, Linda Jarvis, Suzy Kueckelhan, Christopher Mathie, Shane Miller, Deborah Peek, Lynnette Sandbloom, Carianna Schreitz, Cameron Snow, Donna Snow and Jessica Spring.

“Rain or Shine” is an exhibition of student work produced during summer and fall art classes with BAC and Bainbridge Island Metro Park & Recreation District.

BAC has the great honor of presenting work by the late George W. Dennis, whose wife, Pauli Dennis, was one of the founding members of BAC, in February. Thanks to the generosity of Pauli and George’s family, BAC will use proceeds from the sales of George’s work to establish a Pauli and George Dennis scholarship fund.
