Power went out for Bainbridge Island residents on the north end of the island Sunday night as a strong rainstorm swept Bainbridge.
The outage started just after 8 p.m.
The National Weather Service office in Seattle said a wind advisory for Puget Sound, including the Seattle/Bremerton/Tacoma region, and other areas of the state will remain in effect until midnight Sunday, Feb. 16.
A wind advisory is issued when sustained winds of 30 to 39 mph and gusts of 45 to 57 mph are likely.
Forecasters said to expect winds 30 to 30 mph with gusts hitting 50 mph.
