Plenty of Halloween fun scheduled on Bainbridge

Nightmare on Brien Drive: Visit the Haunted Bainbridge Commons if you dare. This benefit for the Teen Center, Senior Center, and Bainbridge Gymnastics runs 6-9 p.m. Oct. 30 and 31 at the Commons, 370 Brien Dr. Recommended for ages 13 and up – not for the little ones! Admission: $5 plus a food item for Helpline House. Information: 842-2306.

Halloween at KiDiMu: Celebrate Halloween all day at KiDiMu. Make spooky crafts all day in the art studio, and at 11 a.m. join teacher Ellen of Island Co-op Preschool for Cats and Bats – Halloween fun and songs. Stop by the museum for the Trick or Treat Fun from 4-6 p.m. Free admission to all on Halloween night. Information: www.kidimu.org or 855-4650.

Downtown Trick-or-Treat: The Bainbridge Downtown Association presents the annual Winslow Trick-or-Treat! Winslow merchants will have treats from 4-6 p.m. Oct. 31. Come in costume and enjoy a safe, fun-filled evening of merriment. Winslow Way will close to traffic at 3:30 p.m. Information: www.bainbridgedowntown.org.

Halloween Chili: Eagle Harbor Congregational Church hosts its annual Halloween hotdog-n-chili dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. Oct. 31. Follow the spooky bell tower tunes to the corner of Winslow Way and Madison Avenue. There you’ll find food, fun and fuel while trick-or-treating in Winslow, and raise money for UNICEF. Harbor Square Halloween: Continue your Winslow festivities at the Halloween party at Harbour Square, from 4-10 p.m. Oct. 31. There’ll be games, music, costume contests, food and drink, prizes and more. Information: 842-3333.

Senior Center Halloween: It’s an All Hallow’s Eve party, from 4-7 p.m. Oct. 31 in the Commons, 370 Brien Dr. Enjoy music, dancing, and refreshments. Suggested donation at the door: $5-$10. Sponsored by the Bainbridge Island Senior Community Center. Don’t forget your costume. Information: 842-1616.
