The Bainbridge Visually Impaired Persons Support Group will meet from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9 at the Bainbridge Public Library.

Penny Armstrong will be the guest speaker. Armstrong is a certified orientation and mobility specialist, a vision rehabilitation therapist and a low vision specialist with the Washington State Department of Services for the Blind.
