Girls lacrosse
Bainbridge finished the regular season with a 19-4 win over Forest Ridge.

For the first time since the team’s 20-10 loss to Lakeside, the Spartans allowed a league opponent to score in double-digits in their 18-10 victory over Tacoma Tuesday.
Bainbridge routed Holy Names 20-4 April 30.
Boys golf
Bainbridge took second to Bellingham at Tuesday’s 23-team Suncadia invitational. Four players, including Carl Jonson, managed to card even-par 72.
Johnson survived the second playoff hole saving par to take the individual title.
Will Whealdon and Bobby Griffin were the only other Bainbridge golfers to break 80, posting 78 and 79, respectively. Rusty Furth added 81 to finish out the five- count-four scoring system. Kyle Leonard rounded out the group with an 88.
Boys lacrosse
The Spartans improved to 9-3 as they defeated Skyline 12-9 Tuesday. Julian Skotheim had 12 saves.

Soccer
Bainbridge lost to O’Dea 2-1 April 28 and tied with North Kitsap 1-1 May 1, slipping to ninth in the 3A state rankings.
The Spartans (8-3-4) rebounded with a 7-1 win over Bishop Blanchet Tuesday. Alex Raquer and David Zimmerman both scored two goals apiece. Connor Winship, Michael Crowley and Charlie Von Reis also scored for the Spartans.
Bainbridge played its last home game of the season against Eastside Catholic Thursday.
Club gymnastics
Six gymnasts from the Bainbridge girls club gymnastics recently competed at the level four state meet held in Kenmore. It was the team’s first trip to state.
Katharine Cooper finished second on beam (8.6), third on bar (9.0), and third all-around with a 34.8.
Remi Rosencrans finished fourth on floor (9.05) and placed eighth in her age group, with a score of 35.425. Also competing at the state meet were Emma Chee, Mariko Ronan, Maria Gallivan and Keagan Daniels.
Little League Softball
The Diamonds bested the Ice 11-4 at Strawberry Hill Field Tuesday.
Ice starting pitcher Caroline Bowman allowed only four runs over two innings and had three strikeouts.
The Diamonds edged the Commotion 6-5 April 29.
Starting pitchers Mikelle Ackerley (Commotion) and Alyssa Estes (Diamonds) battled the first two innings. The Diamonds got on the board with three runs in the third inning.
The Commotion came back with four runs in the fourth inning, but the Diamonds got two runs back in the fifth from a walk by Lily Kraus, a double by Peato, her second of the game, and a single by Riley Kulfan. The Commotion notched one more run in the fifth, but the rally fell short.
