A public hearing is set from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, March 23 at Bainbridge Island City Hall on potential plans for a new Waterfront Park Rowing Center.

The public is invited to offer input on the project.

Over the last several months, board members from the rowing club met with architects to discuss design plans for a two-story building that could possibly be built at the Waterfront Park.

The proposed building will be situated on the western-most portion of the park, which is currently an abandoned tennis court used by the nonprofit club.
