Sonoji Sakai Intermediate School will host an information night for parents of fourth-grade students later this week.

The gathering is from 6:45 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, March 6 at Sakai.

Parents can learn more about the unique opportunities for students at Sakai, tour the school, and visit fifth- and sixth-grade classrooms.

This spring, school officials will visit fourth-grade classrooms to talk about the students’ future at Sakai. The school will also host tours for fourth-graders in May and June.

Sakai also holds a before-school social function in August or September for incoming students.
