Bainbridge Island couple ties the knot

The ceremony was performed by the Honorable Judge Tarrell Decker at Farm Kitchen in Poulsbo.

Attendants included Maid of Honor Mallory Farrar, Best Man Andrew Neill and childhood friends of the couple Austin Hurt, Zack Cram, Sean Forsyth, Piper Milton and Jocelyn Maher.  Dillan Benson, Stephanie Remick and Kaitlin Rothstein — friends from Washington, D.C. — also served as attendants.

The bride is the daughter of Greg and Doreen Farrar and the groom is the son of Kim and Christi Neill. Both families have lived on Bainbridge Island for more 25 years.

The couple, both Bainbridge High School graduates, met during his senior, and her junior, years at Washington State University through mutual friends from high school, and have been together ever since.

The couple live and work in Washington, D.C. The groom works as a legislative staffer in the U.S. House of Representatives, and the bride as a high school math teacher in the District of Columbia Public Schools, while pursuing her master’s degree in education.
