Bainbridge police investigate suspicious death

The Bainbridge Island Police Department was called out to North Madison Avenue Saturday in response to a suspicious death.

The Bainbridge Island Police Department was called out to North Madison Avenue Saturday in response to a suspicious death.

Police assistance was dispatched at about 2 p.m. Saturday on the 900 block of Madison Avenue.

Officers are unable to release more information since the incident is still under investigation, said Police Chief Matthew Hamner.

Police were still on the scene at 4:30 p.m.
