The Bainbridge High PTSO will meet at 9 a.m. Wednesday, March 26 in the Bainbridge High School library for a panel discussion on setting healthy boundaries.
The talk will focus on managing the stress of teens at the high school who often feel overwhelmed.
Four panelists will give their insights and perspectives on what they see and what parents can do to help.
The panelists are Dr. Mike Tomberg, a Virginia Mason family practitioner who is trained in mindfulness work with youth and is also a member of the Bainbridge Youth Services board of directors; Dr. Asako Matsuura, a clinical psychologist on staff with Bainbridge Youth Services; Tara Murphy, a licensed marriage and family therapist; and Stephanie Dalton, a trained nutrition, wellness and life coach who is also a member of the BYS board.
