Bainbridge Beach Naturalists will hit the beach for a low-tide outing from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 19 at Rockaway Beach Park.

Join the naturalists and explore Bainbridge’s only tide pools at low tide. Organizers note there is a bit of a climb down to the beach over large rocks. Participants should wear shoes that can get wet and dirty, and be prepared to have fun and learn new things about the intertidal shoreline.

Rockaway Beach Park is at 4002 Rockaway Drive. Parking is limited; visitors should park at an angle to accommodate more vehicles.
