Erik Appleberry of Bainbridge Island is enrolled at Lehigh University as part of the Class of 2020 and is one of the 1,200-plus first-year students at the college.

Lehigh University officials said the Class of 2020 has students who represent 40 states and 30 countries. It is also one of the most diverse classes ever admitted to Lehigh.

Located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Lehigh was established more than 150 years ago and is comprised of four colleges; Arts and Sciences, Business and Economics, Education and the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science.
