Housing Resources Bainbridge has announced the departure of executive director Mark Blatter.

Blatter, who joined the organization in 2013, guided the construction of Ferncliff Village, whose second phase of 16 affordable ownership homes is now under construction.

Blatter will continue to oversee current projects and programs until his replacement is selected and will help with the transition to the new leadership.

HRB will begin the search for a new executive director immediately and expects to fill the position by this summer, the nonprofit said.
