The Bainbridge Public Library will screen “The Secret of N.I.M.H.” at a free movie matinee at 3:30 p.m. Friday, June 28.
The movie follows the plight of a widowed field mouse as she seeks help to save her underground home from the farmer’s plow. She discovers her rose-bush neighbors are highly intelligent laboratory rats who have escaped from the National Institute of Mental Health.
The G-rated film is based on the acclaimed children’s book by Robert O’Brien, “Mrs. Frisby and the rats of N.I.M.H.”
