Island-based live music lovers will rejoice for the return of Ian McFeron. The indie rocker will play a special concert event at the Treehouse Cafe in downtown Lynwood at 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28.
The show is for those 21-and-over only.
A little bit of Ray LaMontagne, a hint of Jack Johnson, but beneath the comparisons, Ian McFeron has stayed true to his own muse and carved out a career playing live music across the country that expresses the highs and lows with equal fire and elegance.
The Seattle native is no stranger to Bainbridge Islanders — he’s played at the park district’s summer concert series numerous times, and has been featured on KMTT The Mountain’s regular rotation with his single, “Love Me Twice.”
He’s also shared stages with such stars as Patty Griffin, Nanci Griffith, Shawn Mullins, Brandi Carlile, Amos Lee, Hayes Carll and The Hothouse Flowers.
Tickets for the concert are $12 at www.treehousebainbridge.com.
The Treehouse Cafe is located at 4569 Lynwood Center Road NE.
