Sylvia May Warren of Bainbridge Island graduated from Harvard College with the degree of bachelor of arts summa cum laude in Statistics on May 29, 2014.

She received highest honors for her thesis entitled “From Tent to Home,” which measured the causal effect of relocation programs in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

Warren was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and was captain of the club lacrosse team. After graduation, she will work as an analyst for Dalberg in Washington, D.C.
