“Sketching on Location” with Amy D’Apice, a three-part workshop, meets from 1 to 4 p.m. Fridays, Aug. 29 and Sept. 12 and 19.

This dynamic course teaches you to quickly record your visual impressions on paper. Working at new locations each week, you’ll learn to see and remember details by creating drawings that are free, loose and interpretive. The first class meets at Bainbridge Arts & Crafts, 151 Winslow Way E.
