Kathe Fraga’s paintings are bright, colorful contemporary interpretations of the classic Chinoiserie decorative period in Europe in the 17th and 18th centuries.

A solo exhibition of her textured panels, adorned with birds, flowers, leaves and vines, continues at the downtown Winslow Roby King Galleries through February.

Also on display in February, at the Roby King annex at Bainbridge Homes Real Estate, are works by Mark Norrander and Neal Phipott.
