SEATTLE – The Bulldogs were muzzled Tuesday, March 28 as the Bainbridge High varsity baseball team batted their way to a 10-3 win on the road against Garfield High in their fourth outing of the year.

Spartan centerfielder Jack Niehaus knocked in five runs, and Brooks Lierle had three hits as Bainbridge nipped the Bulldogs in the Metro League game.

Liam Hatakenaka shut down Garfield over the final four innings, allowing no runs and no hits.

The win pushed Bainbridge to 3-0 in conference play.
