The Bainbridge High track and field team hosted Lakeside and Bishop Blanchet last Thursday at their second home-based meet, more than holding their own against the speedy Seattle schools.
On the girls’ side of things, Bainbridge’s Marlie Keasler and Elana Dorsey were the top finishers (10th and 11th, respectively) in the day’s first event, the 100-meter dash.
In the 200-meter dash, Emma Brundige (26.57) claimed the first-place finish, with Spartan sister Anna Scott (29.36) behind her in sixth.
