Tyler S. Cox of Bainbridge Island has earned his degree at Bowdoin College.

Cox, a member of the Bowdoin College Class of 2017, graduated cum laude with a major in physics and a minor in earth and oceanographic science.

Bowdoin College’s 212th Commencement ceremony was held May 27, 2017, and bachelor of arts degrees were awarded to the Class of 2017, comprising approximately 478 students from 39 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and 20 other countries and territories.
