It’s survey time once again on Bainbridge Island, and city officials are encouraging residents to share their opinions on city services and other Bainbridge topics.

Questionnaires are currently being distributed for the National Citizen Survey.

Officials say the survey is designed to provide information on how the city government is serving residents, to gauge perceptions of Bainbridge Island, and to make comparisons with peer cities.

Administered by National Research Center, Inc. of Boulder, Colorado, the survey was last conducted on the island in 2015, and was also sent out in 2014 and 2013.

The questionnaire includes questions about quality of life on Bainbridge, local policies, demographics, ratings of local government services and resident’s use of services.

All Bainbridge residents are eligible to participate. The survey is available online at http://bit.ly/bainbridge2017.
