Karen Lee Slater, 76, of Indianola, passed away at home on May 27, 2016 following a recent illness.

Karen is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Dr. Roger Slater, two sons, two step-daughters, a sister and grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 9 at The Stone Chapel, Poulsbo.
