This week’s adoptable pets are Tidbet and Piglet.
For adoption through PAWS:
Tidbit is a 1-year-old petite sleek black female who came in to PAWS due to her owners having too many animals.
She’s a feisty little girl and has lived with many others and has no problem holding her own.
You can meet Tidbit and many others at the PAWS Pleasant Beach adoption center, open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
For adoption through Kitsap Humane Society:
Meet Piglet! He is a 5-year-old adorable pit bull mix.
Piglet is very sweet and goofy. He enjoys running around outside and playing fetch, and snuggling up on the couch afterward. Don’t let his tough appearance fool you, this handsome man is so gentle. Piglet will lean his body into you for snuggles and petting. He is a fan of scratches right in front of his tail, and with enough scratches, his tail will wag like crazy! Piglet appears to be deaf, so he is looking for a patient and dedicated owner who will work with him on learning hand signals. Because he can’t hear you call him, he needs to be kept on leash at all times.
Piglet needs a home (no apartments) with a securely fenced-in yard so he can stay safe while playing outside and doesn’t wander off. Piglet needs to be the only pet in the home and would do best in a home with kids over the age of 12.
