Bainbridge Lending Group has made its first quarterly #GiveBackBainbridge program donation of $1,100 to One Call for All.
Under its #GiveBackBainbridge program, for every home loan the Bainbridge Island home mortgage lender closes, the company funds a client-designated donation to a One Call for All nonprofit.
Bainbridge Lending Group clients elected nine different One Call for All nonprofits, including the Bainbridge Schools Foundation, Helpline House, Habitat for Humanity of Kitsap County, Bainbridge Island Friends of the Library, the Bainbridge Public Library, Bainbridge Youth Services, the Kitsap Humane Society, Montessori County School, and PAWS of Bainbridge.
“We wanted to create a local program that helps connect new Islanders to the traditions of One Call for All, while showing established Islanders that we are committed to giving back to our community that has helped us endure as a top local lender for more than a decade,” said Matt Culp, owner of Bainbridge Lending Group.
Along with fellow mortgage broker Tom Rees, Culp recently presented the company’s first quarterly check for the program, which was launched July 1 and included loans closed through Sept. 30, to Tracey Peacoe Denlinger, executive director of One Call for All.
“We’re so grateful for this innovative approach to helping Bainbridge Islanders make a difference right here where they live,” Denlinger said. “Thanks, Matt and Tom, for ensuring that more people know about the good work of some of our favorite, deserving nonprofits on the island.”
