The ferry M/V Tacoma has been pulled from service until further notice due to an equipment failure, Washington State Ferries announced just after 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
WSF said the vessel is being taken to the Eagle Harbor maintenance facility for emergency repairs.
The Tacoma is currently operating as the No. 2 vessel on the route.
One-boat service will be in effect with the No. 1 vessel, the M/V Wenatchee, until further notice, according to WSF.
