Alzheimer’s Caregivers: Alzheimer’s Association caregiver support groups provide a caring place to learn, share and gain emotional support. Beginning in October, a free support group will be held from 7-8:30 p.m. each second Tuesday at Seabold United Methodist Church. Contact: Patti Denman, (360) 635-5559.

MS Support: The North Kitsap Multiple Sclerosis Self-Help Group, sponsored by the National MS Society, Greater Washington Chapter, meets from 6:30-8:30 p.m. the fourth Wednesday of each month at the Bainbridge Island Senior Center. Contact: Claire, 780-4459.

Living Fully: A mindfulness group for those living with chronic illness, pain and challenging life situations will meet from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. every Wednesday. Sponsored by Helpline House. Info: Sue Anderson, 780-1580.

grief: A new grief and loss support group, sponsored by Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers, meets from 5-6:30 p.m. Thursdays at Rolling Bay Presbyterian Church. This group is for anyone experiencing any kind of loss. Registration/info: ivc@bainbridge.net or 842-4441.

Flowers from the Heart: Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers regularly provides flowers to those who are bed-ridden, housebound or otherwise restricted. We welcome donations of freshly cut flowers or a cash gift for purchase of flowers during the spring and summer months. Place flowers in the buckets provided between 9 a.m. and noon Monday-Friday on the front steps of Eagle Harbor Congregational Church. Info: ivc@bainbridge.net.

Postpartum: A support group for women during pregnancy and the year following childbirth will meet from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at Grace Episcopal Church.
