It has finally happened. More than 25 years ago, Judy Dulay invited me to help umpire for the Bainbridge Island Little League.

I have spent every year since that first invitation umpiring between 20 and 70 games per year for a Little League organization near me.

Every year I try to follow the Bainbridge Island All-Stars after league play. This is the first year I don’t know any coach or player on the team. It doesn’t matter who plays for my home team. Go Bainbridge All-Stars.
