Bainbridge parks commissioners will consider awarding a contract for a feasibility study for Sakai Park at their meeting next week.

The board of the Bainbridge Island Metropolitan Park & Recreation District will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 4 at Strawberry Hill Center.

Also on the agenda, a presentation by Department of Ecology on the history and future of the Blakely Harbor Park site. The Student Conservation Corps and trails crew will also give a report.

Commissioners are also expected to discuss their budget goals for 2019.
