To the editor:

The boys of Troop 1564 and girls of the all-new troop coming Feb. 1 would like to thank the Bainbridge community for another successful Tree Recycle.

With the help of our Scouts, parents, community, and Tilz Soils and Compost, we kept over 1,000 Christmas trees out of our local landfills! Another great end to the holiday season — thanks Bainbridge!
