Waterfront Readers Theatre will present two performances of “The Chalk Garden” at the Bainbridge Island Senior/Community Center.

Director Elinor Weinel said of the story, “This play is part mystery, part comedy, and entirely entertaining.”

Admission is free, with donations accepted.

Shows are 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22 and 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23.
