Bainbridge Island, where we trust you to keep the weed away from the kids, to not let getting high interfere with your job, and not to kill anyone while stoned, but no, you’re not mature or smart enough to choose your own shopping bag.

Shopping bags are dangerous, and their use might have dramatic unintended consequences.
