Bainbridge Performing Arts will host “One Night in Motown,” an all-ages celebration of the legendary label and the synonymous music style at 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23.

Marvin Gaye? Diana Ross? The Temptations? Stevie Wonder? The Jackson 5?
The list goes on. Two stars of Broadway’s “Motown: the Musical” will come together for this concert honoring the record label that transformed America and its founder, Berry Gordy. Jarran Muse (Marvin Gaye) takes audience members on a historical musical journey, accompanied by Martina Sykes (Mary Wells) for a celebration that is sure to bring patrons to their feet before the night is done. The show will feature hits from the label’s catalogue.
