It has been two years since my late partner, Bill McKnight, passed away.

The days before death were painful, traumatic and a life-changing experience. All because of the loving support we both received from our chosen family here on Bainbridge did this event become less distressful.

I know that many other members of this community, when in need, have had individuals gather together and bring such comfort.

I know of another family in need currently… their daughter is battling brain cancer. They need your help, as do many others in this downward economic times.

Thank you for giving to us your love, caring and, importantly, your acceptance.
