Thank you to the Cave family for being quiet mentors for others to follow. I am invested in our community, especially the commercial strip lovingly called “Winslow”… as the island was once called.

As part of my no-return investment in our community, I would like to start a call to action in creating a fundraising drive. I’d donate $2,000 towards putting a portion or all of these unsightly electrical poles/wire underground.  By donating this amount I would accept nothing in return except sharing the same feeling the Cave family…loving Winslow Way and Bainbridge Island.

Those with the means, please help or organize a block of your choice to help raise the funds to underground the power lines.

Thank you to the Cave family for your generous donation to improve our esthetics. Again, I don’t want any return on my investment other than feeling good about helping our downtown and Bainbridge Island.
