The Bainbridge Schools Foundation supports passionate educators!

As a Bainbridge Island School District parent and teacher, I know students benefit from passionate educators.

We have an incredible community that support our schools, students and innovative educational opportunities for all students. The Bainbridge Schools Foundation is a catalyst for supporting our teachers. They help to fund staff professional development opportunities that ensure we develop our teaching expertise and support best practices in the classroom. They also fund classroom/teacher grants to enhance and enrich our curriculum. The BSF classroom grants have added additional resources to my Eagle Harbor science program to support field studies equipment, water quality testing lab tools and ArcGIS curriculum and training.

In addition, BSF provides additional funding to support our Achieve programs for students who need additional instructional time and interventions.

As a teacher, I have benefited greatly by BSF funds. As a parent, I know my children have access to quality programs. As a community member, I am grateful for our commitment to education and our schools. BSF helps capture the energy of excited teachers and rejuvenates their enthusiasm. Ultimately, passionate educators benefit our students.
