Like thousands of islanders, our children are no longer children, and they are long gone from Bainbridge Island Public Schools. One of the things that has kept this school system so strong is that that those of us with daughters and sons who have graduated stand side by side with those whose daughters and sons are enrolled.

Together parents of students and parents of graduates support the bond because we know that high-quality buildings give teachers the opportunity to do their job well. And, we know that excellent teachers give a gift that keeps on giving for our families and for this island.
