To the editor:

I’m really confused why children are being separated from their families and taken to past Japanese internment camps.

How is this happening? Why? It doesn’t even make sense in terms of a right-winged agenda. It is a disgrace and a disgusting image of America.

In history I’ve always wondered in times of horrible dictators where the people were. And here we are — helpless. Why isn’t there a fight against this happening? We should have never gotten to this point. Where is Congress? Everything feels pointless now, no one can do anything except one person who can do whatever he wants no matter how horrible it is. We have truly entered into a dictatorship.
