I would like to invite the community to the Sixth Annual Relay For Life of Bainbridge Island, a signature event of the American Cancer Society. Our event will take place at Woodward Middle School from 4 p.m. June 18 to 10 a.m. June 19. Register a team to walk the track, or just join us on your own. Cancer survivors will be honored with the first lap of the relay on June 18. A highlight of the event is the luminaria ceremony at 10 p.m., where we honor those battling cancer and remember those that have passed away.
