To the editor:

I just read the letter in the Review that commented on the political cartoon featuring Donald Trump as a dog on a leash as offensive. Dogs are man’s best friend. I fear not so much the current regime.

There’s a line in the letter that states, “We have exceeded the normal limits of decency.” I think many would agree that applies in spades to the vitriolic bigotry and frightening ignorance coming out of the muzzle of Trump and his toadies.

Now that’s offensive, not to mention dangerous.

Thank goodness we live in a country where we can push back and someone can write a letter to the editor, unlike say our new “besties” Russia.
