Virginia Paul: Personal qualities stand out | Letters | Aug. 7

The strength of our council will depend on the ability of its members to work together to ensure that Bainbridge Island again becomes a financially solvent community.

As Central Ward residents, we can think of no one better suited to represent our concerns and our hopes for the future of our beautiful island than Virginia Paul.

Her personal qualities of honesty, integrity, enthusiasm and intelligence are strengthened by years of experience as a public school educator and administrator, as a member of state and national education associations, and as a mother, a grandmother, and a trusted and respected friend.

Goals for council detailed in Virginia’s campaign publications reflect her commitment to work conscientiously within the city government, and an awareness of her responsibility to work toward strengthening healthy communication within our community.
