Bainbridge Arts & Crafts’ co-main May show “Big, Bad Birds” features all birds of all types in all mediums all month long.

It’s bad news for those with ornithophobia, but great for art lovers.

Also gathering in BAC this month is a flock of talented student artists.

Each May, the downtown Winslow gallery donates an entire section to exhibit the work of Bainbridge Island students. This year, we present work in all mediums by middle school and high school students.

A special high school show reception and awards ceremony will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday, May 28.
