Elizabeth Gilbert, the international bestselling author of “Eat, Pray, Love” and “Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear,” will headline IslandWood’s 12th annual Circle of Friends weekend.
The retreat, which takes place March 31 to April 2, will offer women the space and opportunity for rest and restoration through a menu of diverse activities like hiking, creating art, yoga, meditation and bird watching. The weekend includes two nights of accommodation in one of IslandWood’s lodges, sustainably prepared meals and discussions led by Gilbert.
Non-residential tickets are $425 and include all weekend activities and meals. Lodging tickets vary between $525 and $825, based on whether occupancy is shared or private. Gilbert will also lead an intimate Creativity Workshop, which can be purchased as an add-on ticket for $200.
