The exhibition featuring mixed-media vessels of Caroline Cooley Browne and the shows “Fiber Arts Now” and “Bowled Over” will wrap up their run at Bainbridge Arts & Crafts this weekend.

“Bowled Over” is a fresh take on wooden bowls, the ultimate “domestic sculpture.” Artists in the show include Roger Dunn, Bob Hickernell, Edlee Quesnell, Dave Schweitzer, Lee Stoller, Brian Watson, Helga Winter and Dale Zimmerman.

For “Fiber Arts Now,” participating artists Deborah Babin, Lou Cabeen, Maria Groat, Linda McFarland, Heather McGilvray, Kim Morris, Carol Roi Olsen, Lynnette Sandbloom, Barbara Zander and Dana Ziesemer redefine the textile arts and take fiber into strikingly modern territory.

BAC is also showing the mixed media works from Cooley Browne this month.

The artist explores growth and community through intimate groupings of mixed media vessels. Woven and constructed from fabric, paper, wood and even tape, their postures are expressive and remarkably human, and their conversations potentially endless.

The shows end March 3.
