The Island Film Group will meet for a movie at 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 10 at the Bainbridge Public Library.
The group meets on the second Wednesday of the month for free films and discussion. This month’s film is “Enter the Dragon.”
The 1973 film was directed by Robert Clouse and is rated R.
One of the most popular Kung Fu films ever made, and perhaps the peak of the famed Bruce Lee’s career, “Enter the Dragon” achieved success by presenting a series of superbly staged fighting sequences with a minimum of distractions.
The story finds Lee as a martial arts expert determined to help capture the narcotics dealer and gang responsible for his sister’s death.
