Singer/songwriter Jon Doll performs at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Seabold Community Hall, 14451 Komedal Rd.

Open-mic performances begin at 7:30 p.m. (sign-ups 6:30-7 p.m.), followed by Doll.

“Singing/song-writing is as much a part of me as breathing,” he said. “It has always been a central part of my existence and the way in which I live and work. It is the mantra to which I always return when the forces around me begin to spin.”
